What if I want to use a font in my email that is not available in the text formatting dropdown menu?

It is possible to insert additional fonts into your email. This will require advanced HTML knowledge and is not recommended unless you feel confident in your ability to alter the coding.

To add a font not listed in the menu:
  1. Click on the Edit icon for the section you wish to add the font to.
  2. On the left panel, click on or in the toolbar of the block, click on the HTML button.
  3. Add the following tag around the sentence you wish to modify:
    Before: Text that needs to be in the different font. Text that needs to remain in the original font.
    After: <font face="font name"> Text that needs to be in the different font.</font> Text that needs to remain in the original font.
  4. Click Save & Close.
  5. Click Save once you have finished editing the block to ensure your changes are maintained.

Note: Your contacts will need to have the font you select installed in their computer. Otherwise, they will see Times New Roman as the default font. Common fonts you may want to incorporate: Arial, Arial Black, Courier, Courier New, Modern, Terminal and Symbol.
