Benchmark has joined forces with Hatchbuck! Our companies officially merged on September 1st, 2019.
With this merger, we now have nearly 130 employees and 150,000 users across 15 countries and 9 languages. Our office will remain in Los Angeles and will be led by Jonathan Herrick, former CEO and Cofounder of Hatchbuck.
There are no changes to fear with our Benchmark Email product. Instead, additions that will make your email marketing journey that much easier! Hatchbuck is well known for its easy to use CRM, and we are so excited for our Benchmark users to take advantage of it to help them grow and streamline their sales process.

Benchmark Email launched its RESTful APIs for public use. Partners and Developers can now create apps and integrations faster and in a more organized manner. If you’re interested in putting Benchmark Email’s RESTful APIs to use, you can access them through our developer’s page. With our APIs, you can make 500 calls every two minutes and 60,000 calls total each day.
Monthly fees for managing events have been eliminated. The fees per ticket have been reduced and can now be applied to the customer. Plus, you can now use your Authorize.net account to accept payments.
