Los Alamitos, CA, July 10, 2012 — Benchmark Email, a Web-based, do-it-yourself email marketing company with service in eight languages, has added a feature that tracks why clients unsubscribe from newsletters. With the new tool, when subscribers ask to be taken off email lists, they’re surveyed on why they made the decision. Benchmark Email users can then view those responses in their reports.<\/p>\n

The survey used offers five response options: “No longer interested,” “never signed up,” “inappropriate emails,” “spam” and “other,” which lets clients write in whatever they like.
