Benchmark Email Introduces List Cleaning Feature to Purge Non-Openers from Email Lists<\/u>
\nThe new feature lets Benchmark Email clients purge, as a group, email addresses of subscribers who haven’t opened 5, 10, 20 or more emails sent to them.<\/i><\/p>\n
Los Alamitos, Calif., September 20, 2010 \u2013 Benchmark Email, an award-winning email marketing service, has introduced an email list cleaning feature designed to delete non-openers from subscriber lists. The new capability, part of Benchmark’s growing slate of list hygiene tools, gives clients the option of purging email addresses of people who haven’t opened 5, 10, 20 or 30 emails or newsletters. Benchmark Email clients can already remove bounces and unsubscribes from their contact lists.<\/p>\n
“The top email marketers understand that it’s better to have a smaller, active list than a large list filled with people who never open emails,” says Curt Keller, CEO of Benchmark Email. “With this new list cleaning feature, our clients can dump email addresses of subscribers who never open emails in as few as 5 campaigns, resulting in a cleaner, tighter list. Benchmark Email’s list management tools are designed to help clients keep their contact lists free of hard bounces, soft bounces and unsubscribes.
