Questa volta vogliamo concentrarci su qualcosa a cui delle volte non prestiamo attenzione ma danneggia la nostra reputazione e di conseguenza la deliverability.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Che siano trappole spam o che i nostri utenti ci segnalano come spam, questo ci danneggia allo stesso modo.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Cos\u2019\u00e8 una lamentela di abuso? Se usi Benchmark la lamentela di abuso pu\u00f2 derivare da due punti:<\/span><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Quando il cliente segnala come spam la tua email all\u2019interno della sua casella di posta. Questa \u00e8 la cosa pi\u00f9 grave che ci possa succedere, perch\u00e8 sono direttamente Gmail, Hotmail, Yahoo ecc, che ricevono queste lamentele e prendono provvedimenti contro il dominio.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Benchmark mette a disposizione l\u2019opzione \u201csegnala abuso\u201d all\u2019interno dell\u2019email, cos\u00ec se il cliente clicca l\u00ec direttamente, non verr\u00e0 segnalato a Gmail, Hotmail ecc ma bens\u00ec direttamente a noi, mettendoci in condizione di poter risolvere prima che sia tardi. Questo non significa che noi di Benchmark facciamo orecchie da mercanti, prendiamo dei provvedimenti anche noi, e se il cliente ha un tasso del 0.5% il suo account verr\u00e0 terminato, senza poterlo riattivare. Per rendere l\u2019idea permettiamo solo una lamentela ogni 2000 invii.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h2>Perch\u00e8 le mie email vengono segnalate come spam?<\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Questa \u00e8 una bella domanda, e pu\u00f2 succedere per vari motivi:<\/span><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La tua base dati ormai \u00e8 vecchia e le informazioni che gli invii non sono pi\u00f9 rilevanti come prima o non si ricordano di aver sottoscritto la tua newsletter.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Gli invii contenuto senza alcun valore per i tuoi subscribers e decidono di segnalarti come spam anzi che cancellarsi, come uno ci si aspetta.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Fai troppi invii e la tua audience \u00e8 stanca di te. Fermati e rifletti!<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Invii emails a persone che non ti hanno dato il permesso. Questo non solo \u00e8 un cattiva pratica di email marketing, ma infrange le leggi sulla protezione dei dati, creando problemi pi\u00f9 gravi rispetto ai risultati delle campagne.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Invii del contenuto indesiderato a persone che ti avevano dato il consenso per ricevere altro tipo di informazioni. Per esempio, sei un\u2019impresa che vende mobili online e fai una webinar sul design. I partecipanti a questa webinar sono pi\u00f9 interessati a ricevere informazioni sulle decorazione, e non offerte commerciali di altro tipo.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">O semplicemente l\u2019utente aveva una giornata storta e ha fatto prima a segnalarti come spam che cancellarsi. Perch\u00e8 pagare per un piano pi\u00f9 ampio senza trarne i benefici?<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Molte volte crediamo che le informazioni che inviamo sono rilevanti ed interessanti per i nostri subscribers. Sei sicuro di questo? Vedi un attimo le ultime emails e verifica il tasso di click. Sei soddisfatto? Se non lo sei, devi modificare il contenuto con qualcosa che attiri realmente i tuoi subscribers. Una cosa che ti pu\u00f2 aiutare in questo \u00e8 la mappa dei click nei report.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Crea una strategia attorno agli invii. Fallo nei giorni ed orari migliori. Non inviare sempre lo stesso contenuto pi\u00f9 volte a settimana. Ricorda meno \u00e8 meglio.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Non fare spam. Tutti i tuoi contatti devono averti dato il consenso per l\u2019invio.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Segmenta i tuoi utenti a seconda del contenuto che desiderano ricevere.
