We’re always looking out for our users here at Benchmark Email. That’s why we’re proud to bring you our latest software update, the Email Capacity Notification. Now, when a user has exhausted 95% or more of their emails, a notification will show up at the top of the Account homepage.

Previously, a user would have to call support to check their capacity. But this puts the power directly in your hands. Users can now easily avoid overages by renewing their email marketing plan or choosing to upgrade to a larger plan. You can also renew week after week, depending on your preference.

For example, say Bob’s plan runs from February 15 until March 15, and he’s almost at capacity come the end of February. Bob can decide to renew his plan on February 27 and it will roll forward to March 27.

Capacity management is now yours.

We’re on a constant mission to make things easier for our users. If you’ve got a great idea for a new feature, don’t forget to use the Features Request Forum and give us a shout!

Author Bio:

by Andy Shore

Andy Shore found his way to Benchmark when he replied to a job listing promising a job of half blogging, half social media. His parents still don’t believe that people get paid to do that. Since then, he’s spun his addiction to pop culture and passion for music into business and marketing posts that are the spoonful of sugar that helps the lessons go down. As the result of his boss not knowing whether or not to take him seriously, he also created the web series Ask Andy, which stars a cartoon version of himself. Despite being a cartoon, he somehow manages to be taken seriously by many of his readers ... and few of his coworkers.
