Due to recent policy changes with Facebook, you may have seen some issues with the Benchmark Email integration with Facebook. Don’t fret. It’s a simple fix and is merely an issue of Facebook acquiring new permissions.

When logged into your Benchmark Email account, click on the My Account Tab. Select the Integration box (or click straight from your Benchmark Dashboard). You will need to disconnect your account. Then click the Connect box to reconnect your Facebook account. Allow the new permissions and your Facebook integration will be back in working order.
