Joe Phelps saw a need to create an integrated agency to house marketing and PR under one roof and The Phelps Group was born. His innovative agency was just the start, though. He saw a flaw in the way firms similar to his did business and he did away with the typical corporate structure. In it he found a better collaborative environment in which his creatives could thrive.

Andy Shore found his way to Benchmark when he replied to a job listing promising a job of half blogging, half social media. His parents still don’t believe that people get paid to do that.
