Who qualifies for the free verification?
Accounts that are on a free plan today and upgrade to a Pro plan by July 31, 2026. If you're already on a paid plan, this particular offer doesn't apply, but our team is always happy to talk through list health with you.
How many lists can I have verified?
One list per qualifying upgrade. We'll verify it up to the contact size of the plan you moved to. For example, if you upgrade to a plan sized for 10,000 contacts, we'll verify a list of up to 10,000 contacts.
How do I choose which list to verify?
You don't need to do anything upfront. After you upgrade, our team will email you to ask which list you'd like us to run through verification.
How long does verification take?
Timing depends on the size of your list. Once we have it, we'll keep you posted and hand it back ready to send. Have a question mid-process? Our support team is real people, available 24/7.
