You simply share your unique affiliate link — we handle tracking, billing, and payouts using TrackDesk.
What is TrackDesk and how does it work?
TrackDesk is the platform we use to manage our affiliate program.
You’ll get access to your own dashboard where you can track clicks, sign-ups, and commissions in real time, as well as access your affiliate links and promotional materials.
How does tracking work?
Your affiliate link uses a 30-day cookie. If someone clicks your link and signs up within that period, you’ll get credit.
We use first-touch attribution, meaning the first affiliate who refers a visitor will receive the commission if they convert.
When do I get paid?
Commissions are paid around the 15th of each month for the previous month’s earnings.
You’ll need to reach a minimum of $30 to receive a payout. Payments are sent via PayPal.
Do I need to be based in the US?
No — the program is open to affiliates worldwide.
If you’re based in the U.S., you’ll need to submit a W-9 form before receiving payments.
What can I use to promote Benchmark Email?
We provide official marketing materials including banners, landing pages, and text ads. You're also welcome to write your own content — it just needs to be honest and accurate. Sending unsolicited email is not permitted.
What happens if a customer cancels?
Your commission is tied to active, paying customers. If someone cancels, commissions stop. If they stay, you keep earning.
