What happens if I exceed the contact limit?
No panic necessary. If you go over your contact limit, we’ll notify you and give you the option to upgrade your plan so you can keep sending without interruption. We won’t auto-upgrade or surprise you. You’re in control, always.
Can I upgrade at anytime?
Absolutely. If you’re growing fast, you can upgrade your plan at any time right from your account settings. Need to do more with less? Downgrading is easy. Managing your plan and usage is totally in your hands.
Do I get all features in the free plan?
Yes. Every feature is on every plan, including Free. What changes is how much room you get. Free covers up to 500 contacts, 2,500 emails a month, one user, one domain, two API keys, and 150 AI credits a month. Paid plans raise those limits, add list verification, and make Benchmark branding removable.
What are AI credits?
AI credits power the AI Assistant in the email and form builders. Bigger requests use more credits, so writing a full paragraph from detailed instructions uses more than a quick headline. Free plans get 150 credits a month, enough to try it out. Paid plans get 1,000. Your credits refresh at the start of each billing cycle.
Can I remove the Benchmark branding?
Yes, on any paid plan. On the free plan, Benchmark branding shows on every form and email. Upgrade, and you can turn it off in Footer Settings.
How are additional users billed?
All plans include 1 user. On paid plans, expanding your team is a breeze. We bill $15 per month a la carte for each additional user, no plan upgrade required. You’ll know exactly what the cost is before anything changes, so there are no surprises.
Just a heads-up: if you're on the free plan, you’ll need to move to a paid plan before you can invite teammates.
What is the send limit?
Send limits are set to keep your sender reputation safe!
Free plans can send up to 5 times their contact limit each month, for a maximum of 2,500 emails per month.
Paid plans can send up to 10 times the contact limit of their plan each month.
Can I change my billing frequency?
Absolutely. You can switch from monthly to annual billing. As your needs change, you can also upgrade or downgrade your plan to find the option that works best for your business.
