For over 20 years, Benchmark Email has helped businesses around the world build relationships through email. Along the way, we’ve grown with our customers and learned a lot from them. Today, we’re excited to share something new: a reimagined brand built to reflect exactly what modern email marketers need (alongside an exceptional new product we built from the ground up).
This isn’t just a visual refresh. It’s a reconnection to our customers and a recommitment to what matters most: sending better emails, faster, without the bloated tools or big price tags. This is email, simplified.
Back to Basics: Why We Rebranded
Let’s be honest – email marketing tools have gotten out of hand. They’re packed with features most marketers don’t need, priced like they’re enterprise software, and require a training manual just to hit “Send.” And frankly, our old brand felt a little bit like that – corporate and unapproachable.
We wanted to fix that. So we started over. Our new brand reflects what we believe email marketing should be: simple, efficient, and effective.
You shouldn’t need a degree in automation logic to connect with your audience. You just need to build a great email, make sure it lands in the inbox, and know what worked so you can improve next time.

We’ve also stayed true to what matters most to our users: reliable support, approachable tools, and transparent pricing with zero fluff.
The New Look: Simple, Friendly, and Focused
Our new logo is streamlined and approachable – a friendly face in a crowded inbox, scalable across screens, and always clear. Like the platform itself, the new logo isn’t meant to be flashy. It just works.

It’s a visual identity built for a product that prioritizes speed, usability, and that “finally, this just makes sense” feeling.
Color That Works (and Fonts That Don’t Get in the Way)
Our old logo might not have shown it, but we’re not afraid of color. With the new brand, we chose to stick with a bold, modern purple to anchor the brand from past to future. It’s supported by warm neutrals and softer accent colors that keep things clear and inviting. Everything is built with accessibility in mind – from buttons to charts to backgrounds – so your experience is always seamless.

We also introduced new typography that feels modern without being over-designed. Bogue handles headlines with character. Poppins keeps everything else easy to read. Fonts shouldn’t slow you down, and ours don’t.

Built for Busy Marketers
This brand was designed for our core user: the busy marketer. We know how busy they are because 1) we talked to hundreds of them and 2) we are ALSO busy marketers. This person is juggling multiple responsibilities, short on time, and just wants to send emails that work. No distractions, no surprises – just intuitive tools that help drive impactful results.
We know how fast marketing moves. Your tools shouldn’t slow you down.
