Why did you come to Benchmark Email for email marketing and what problem you were trying to solve?

I’m not super tech savy, so I needed an email format that I could understand and was easy to use.

What results have you seen from using Benchmark Email?

We definitely have seen the value of keeping in contact with our followers via email marketing. We can see who is responding and adjust if we are getting too many bounces.


What advice would you give to someone who is considering using Benchmark Email as their email marketing provider?

Don’t use an “info@” email. Our email comes back as bounced with that email address a lot.
