Why did you come to Benchmark Email for email marketing and what problem you were trying to solve?
I have tried to use another company for several years, and finally got fed up with it this year. It was not user-friendly, and one of the main problems was that I accidentally deleted contacts on the other companies website, and they had no way of me retrieving them, and they were removed permanently, never to be able to be added back in. Ever.. I went searching for someone else to try this year and Benchmark came to my rescue.
What results have you seen from using Benchmark Email?
I am getting a better than 55% email opening with benchmark. I don’t ever remember seeing that with the other company.
What advice would you give to someone who is considering using Benchmark Email as their email marketing provider?
My advice would be to try benchmark! You’ll be surprised at how user-friendly it is, and I use the free one! Everything I’ve needed has been available to me. It’s worth the search to find a company this user-friendly.
Anything else you would like to share about your Benchmark Email experience?
Daniella has been especially helpful, walking me through some things that I should’ve picked up right away on, and she never got frustrated with me. I also received emails from Allie, and she’s been exceptionally professional as well. I think the two of them speak highly of how customers can expect to be treated across-the-board at benchmark.
