Integrate the customer management power of Salesforce with Benchmark's suite of email & online marketing tools. This integration securely connects your Salesforce account to Benchmark and imports your Salesforce contacts into a list of your choosing. The integration is a great way to maintain engagement with your Salesforce contacts; send them professional email messages with our customizable templates, or create triggered autoresponders to welcome new users. This feature is free with every Benchmark account.

Requirements:

  • Benchmark Email account (works with Free Trial)
  • Salesforce Professional (with added Integration feature), Enterprise and Unlimited accounts

Integration Is Fast & Easy:

  • No download necessary
  • Easier than adding Salesforce contacts to your Benchmark account manually
  • No setup in Salesforce required

How to Integrate:

  • Log in to your Benchmark account
  • Click on the My Account tab
  • Click on the Integration panel and scroll down to the Salesforce section
  • Click the Connect button
  • You will be directed to the Salesforce login page. Enter your user name and password and click the Login button
  • You will be returned to the Third-Party Integration page. (You can scroll down to the Salesforce panel and click the Test Connection button to verify the connection status. Email addresses and names should appear in the box.)
  • Go to the Lists tab and click "Create New List"
  • Choose the "Import Contacts from a File" option and click Save & Add Contacts
  • Click the "Click here" link under "Upload Your File"
  • Choose the Salesforce panel from the list that appears and click the Connect to Salesforce button
