Why did you come to Benchmark Email for email marketing and what problem you were trying to solve?

We don’t have a large email distribution list, but it was large enough that our free email account was causing most of our messages to go to people’s spam folders.

What results have you seen from using Benchmark Email?

Unfortunately we didn’t have a way to track anything prior to Benchmark, but we are VERY PLEASED.

We love having most of our emails land in our patrons’ inboxes. We are able to see engagement and clicks in an easy graph. The interface is easy to use and navigate. It’s usually easy to see what’s happening if someone says they aren’t getting our emails. Any time I’ve had any questions, the support crew has answered quickly and helpfully. We couldn’t possibly love Benchmark Email more!
