Signup For a Free Benchmark Email Account
You must have a Benchmark Email account to use our email marketing solution. However, as previously mentioned, the process of signing up for an email account comes at no cost under our free plan. Woohoo!
To start, you’ll need to provide some credentials and create a password for accessing your account.
To get the most out of our tools, you’ll be asked to specify what you wish to accomplish with Benchmark:

Create a Free CrateJoy Account
To create a free CrateJoy account, head over to CrateJoy’s website. Click on the blue “List On The Marketplace” button. You’ll be directed to a page where you’ll be asked to provide information like your full name, your business email, and your password.
Once you create your account and log in, you’ll be walked through the four basic steps for launching your store:
- Add a product
- Name your store
- Customize your website
- Connect payment

Tips for Integrating Benchmark Email With CrateJoy
This is how you integrate your Benchmark Email account with CrateJoy.
- Log in to your Benchmark Email account.
- At the top right-hand corner, click on your account name and select integrations.
- You’ll be shown a new page. Scroll to the bottom of that page and click on Get Started.
- You will now be shown different integration options. Find Cratejoy Integration and select it.
- Benchmark will now ask for our User ID and Secret Key.
- To access them, you need to have a CrateJoy Merchant account. Log into your CrateJoy Merchant account and click on Settings. Select API and click on Generate New Key option.
- Go back to Benchmark and paste your User ID and Secret Key when prompted. Click Save & Next.
- Now, it’s time to choose where your CrateJoy contacts will be added. You can decide to create a new list or choose a previously created one. Click Save & Next.
- Map CrateJoy fields according to the data fields in your Benchmark list. Click Save & Next.
Note that the final number of imported contacts might be less than the projected number. This is due to the fact that Benchmark Email filters certain email addresses such as role-based emails, duplicates, unsubscribes, and blocked domains.
