We’ve made it easier for you to view the reasons why some of your previous subscribers unsubscribed.

To see that report, follow these steps.

  1. Go to Reports and select Email Reports.
  2. Click on the name of the email you’d like to review.
  3. Then, click on Activity Details.
  4. Next, click on the Opens dropdown and select Unsubscribes.

You’ll now see the different options for unsubscribing.

  1. Click on the number given if any to view the specific email addresses.
